Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between:

• Golden Tecno LTD ("we", "us", "our") — a company registered in England and Wales, operating from 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UK. ICO Registration: ZB548536.
• You ("the Client") — the individual or company accessing or purchasing our services

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

What We Provide

Golden Tecno LTD provides technology-driven business growth services, including but not limited to:

• CRM setup, configuration, and management (GT CRM Suite)
• Sales funnel design and development (GT Funnel Builder)
• Email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing automation (GT Marketing Hub)
• AI-powered chatbots and customer engagement tools (GT AI Assistant)
• Appointment booking and scheduling systems (GT Booking Engine)
• Online reputation management (GT Reputation Manager)
• Digital marketing strategy and paid advertising management
• Technology consulting and digital transformation advisory

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are agreed in writing (via email or a formal proposal) before work commences. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing.

Transparent Pricing, Secure Payments

All fees are clearly stated before any commitment is made. We do not add hidden charges.

• Subscription services are billed monthly or annually as agreed
• One-time setup fees are charged at the start of the engagement and are non-refundable once work has commenced
• All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• Invoices are issued via email from info@goldentecno.co.uk
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
• Late payment may result in suspension of services after 14 days notice

Cancel Anytime. No Questions Asked.

The full cancellation policy is as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel at any time before your next billing date. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
• Annual subscriptions: Cancel at any time before the renewal date. Your access continues until the end of the annual period. No refund is issued for the remaining months of an annual plan unless we are in material breach of these Terms.
• Free trial cancellation: Cancel at any time before the trial period ends and you will not be charged anything.
• Setup fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they represent time and resources already invested.

We believe you stay with us because we deliver results — not because you're contractually obligated. That is the Golden Tecno standard.

14-Day Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered:

• The trial period is 14 days from the date of activation unless stated otherwise
• No payment information may be required to start a trial — where card details are collected, you will be clearly informed and given the opportunity to cancel before any charge occurs
• At the end of the trial period, you will be contacted before any subscription begins
• You may cancel at any time during the trial with absolutely no charge and no obligation
• Golden Tecno LTD reserves the right to modify or withdraw trial offers at any time

How You May Use Our Services

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in unlawful marketing practices
• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other clients' data
• Resell or sublicense our services without our express written permission
• Use our platform to distribute malicious software or engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.

What Belongs to Whom

Your content, your data, your business — it belongs to you.

• All content, data, and materials you provide to us remain your intellectual property
• We do not claim ownership over any content you create or upload through our platform
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content solely to deliver the agreed services
• Our platform, systems, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Golden Tecno LTD
• Upon cancellation, you may export your data in standard formats — we will facilitate this within 30 days of your request

Our Responsibility to You

We are committed to delivering excellent service. However:

• Golden Tecno LTD's total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages (e.g. Stripe, email providers, SMS gateways) beyond our reasonable control
• We make no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes or business results — our role is to provide the best possible system and management; results depend on many factors including your business, market, and cooperation

Your Data is Protected

Golden Tecno LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Registration: ZB548536) and operates in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• We process your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy
• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• You retain all rights over your personal data as set out in UK GDPR
• All payment data is processed by Stripe — we never store card details
• Your business data and client information you store in our platform is your data — we act as a data processor on your behalf

How Disputes Are Resolved

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute:

• We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication first
• Contact us at info@goldentecno.co.uk — we commit to responding within 2 business days
• If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action
• If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
